SVENNING is a HANSEN signature item that is characterised by not having side seams and a unique front pocket construction. It has a slim silhouette and the construction
makes it fit many body types exceptionally well.

The back rise is high and it is cut without a waistband and with a small ‘V’ at the back as a finishing touch.

The fabric is a solid closely woven gabardine twill from Italy with a washed-effect surface. Gaberdine twill has a diagonal, slightly ridged weave and was invented in the 1800s by Thomas Burberry but is still widely used because of its durability and comfort.

This fabric is perfect for heavy use everyday jackets and trousers which is why we chose it for our ‘essential’ trousers.
