Kapital’s offerings include their Crazy Patchwork Hippie Jersey. This piece borrows the traditional Japanese technique of Boro whereby different samples of fabric are patched together. Although Boro is usually thought of as a way to mend clothing which has fallen into disrepair, Kapital reimagines the tradition, making whole pieces from different fabrics.
