History
Crescent Down Works started off as a made-to-order down vest company, where Anne applied the best of the skills she gained previously. Working for northwest outerwear company, Eddie Bauer, as her first job, she had the knowledge of down clothing manufacturing. And as an avid outdoor enthusiast, she had extensive experience in hiking and camping. All roads led to creating Crescent Down Works.
Today
The foundations of Crescent Down Works are laid on timeless style and excellent quality that never changed over the years. Crescent Down Works continues as a family-owned business today.

Using ethical sources, all down used has been certified by The Responsible Down Standard.
Design
All pieces are created by the founder, Anne Michelson's own design. Her style is based on a love of the great outdoors and a minimalist aesthetic.
Factory
The complete line of Crescent Down Works is manufactured locally, in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood.
