SOREN is a woollen overcoat that is inspired by the iconic duffle coat, which Montgomery, the British field marshal, popularised during World War II. However, unlike the original “Monty,” as the duffle coat is known in the UK, SOREN has a horn button closure instead of toggle buttons that gives it a more contemporary look. When you detach the hood, it is only the cotton-lined front pockets that give the duffle coat-inspiration away.
The chunky fabric is a double-faced weave made from 100% merino lambswool. It is softer than you might expect, but it still has the weight you want from a jacket like this. The navy side of the fabric is melange while the black side is solid coloured.
The model is 186cm tall and wearing size M.
